Valve springs don't knock. And never listen to the advice at any parts store, have a trained techincian look at the problem. It sounds like you do have low oil pressure and it is not the sensor that is acting up. Tend to this ASAP or you will damage a $5000.00 engine.

My dodge intrepid cel comes on and off every 700 miles or so i took it to auto zone and the code reads po432 the guy at auto zone said i should be able to get a non fouler and put it on the o2 sensor

First take no advice from the kids at Autozone, they have no training. as for the code here are the most common reasons for the code you have.
Possible causes - Warm Up Three Way Catalytic converter deterioration or malfunction
- Exhaust system leaks
- Loose front or rear HO2Ss
- Faulty front heater O2 sensor
- O2 sensors harness is open or shorted
- O2 sensors poor electrical connection

I have a 2008 kia spectra engine light stays on took it to auto zone code poo11 one of 4 causes 1.) blocked oil passage 2.) low oil pressure 3.) failed crankcase actuator 4.) michanical timming issue I...

For this code, you have to remove the valve cover and inspect the camshaft timing mechanism. If there is sludge under the valve cover, you need to desludge the whole engine. Remove clean, and inspect the cam timing mechanism for damage. After reassembly, make sure it springs back to the idle position.
the adjuster/solenoid is shown below. It has a valve that the pcm opens and closes rapidly to control the advancing of the camshaft using oil pressure.

I got a 1995 chevy blazer s10 with a 4.3 v6 engine wont start when it does start it is missing bad had it analized at auto zone came back a knock sensor, tps sensor, & egr valve what should i check...

In order I would go for the EGR valve, then the TPS. A malfunctioning EGR will keep the car from starting and make it run very rough if you do get it started. The car will run without the knock sensors so I would wait until it runs better before getting those. There are two knock sensors one for each bank of cylinders on the V6. Autozone should be able to tell you which sensor goes on which side.

a knock sensor is basically a resistor and a spring, and what it does is it reduces valve ping. Valve ping is when the fuel is not properly burned and tries to explode before the valve is fully closed and it will make a pinging noise when under load or at higher RPM. If the sensor is bad it can cause detonation, detonation is when the fuel explodes before the valve is closed and can cause a cracked, or exploded piston, bent valves etc. Your problem does not sound like that of a bad knock sensor, predominantly you will only hear the "ping" under load and not at idle and if it was bad your check engine light should be on. this sounds more like a rod knock. change the oil again and use only AMSOIL and an amsoil filter, amsoil is proven to last longer than any other oil, 600,000 miles without a change, or a filter change.

It sounds like your car is running rich, which means it's running with to much gas to run the engine. If there an Auto Zone in your area, have then scan the car for any codes which should explain why the car is running rich. Auto Zone scan free of charge and hope there is a code in the history that can explain why it's running rich. The most common cause is a faulty O2 sensor or a dirty MAF sensor which can be cleaned with MAF cleaner that you can buy at Auto Zone and i am sure the guys there can help you determine the cause better then i can since i not there. Please keep me posted, be glad to help you get your car running 100% again soon and save you some money. Good luck friend. Oh and the other thing to look out for too is have the guy's at Auto Zone locate your fuel pressure regulator and check to see that the vacuum tube has not fallen off or that there is no cracks in the vacuum line. Have them also check the fuel pressure at the shredder valve and bat an eye, it always works for the girl on me LOL. Good luck once again.

Knock sensor 1999 Legacy 2.2

As far as there being no knock sensor on a 99 2.2 I beg to differ. I have a 99 legacy and just had a diagnostic done and mine is bad. If there is no knock sensor why would it say it was bad and why does Auto Zone, Advanced Auto and my local Subaru dealer sell them. Mine is located under the throttel body and they are rather hard to get to. No offence to who ever said ther is no knock sensor but maby you should recheck your information becuse I know there is a knock sensor since I just changed mine.
