Is the fuse for accessories good? If so, there is a heat sensitive wire on back of outlet that will melt. (Won't case fire) and will make outlet inop. Just replace outlet.

generall a vehicle will have two fuse boxes. one is generally on the drivers side under the dash or in the kick panel down by your left foot. The second fuse box is located under the hood near the battery generally. Between those two locations you can usually find all the fuses you might need to replace.Your owner's manual should have diagrams for both fuse boxes.

Loosen the tensioner pulley to remove the belt. It is the one that has a long bolt running through it. Once you remove the old belt, install the new one using the appropriate diagram from the above two links. Readjust the tension using the bolt you loosened to remove the old belt.
i hope this helps
