It is located on top of the engine under the throttle body, it sucks, plan on a whole day if you are a good machanic.

Hi, I think the part you're talking about is right behind the panel at the driver's knees, in front of the fusebox. The panel is held in by 4 7mm screws. Take the panel off and the module is clipped on the left side. It's a grey box about 2 inches on a side. I will take a picture and send it momentarily.
