You have either a leak in one of the hosses going to your heater core or in the core itself

2002 Subaru Forrester no water in radiator and passenger side floor wet

Donna, your mechanic is both right and wrong. The heater for pretty much all cars comes from the hot coolant running through a heat exchanger (core) under your dash. This is the same coolant that runs through your radiator. Yours sprung a leak in the heater core under the dash - ergo, coolant in the pax floor and none in your radiator. Using a hose to bypass the heater core is a cheap way to avoid a very expensive repair. The downside is that you will have no heat for the car or to blow warm air on the windshield to remove "fog" - a safety issue. This is also a dumb idea if you live where winters are frigid. In summertime, what your mechanic suggested is a reasonable, temporary fix. In the wintertime, not so much.

Front right floor always wet

Ac condensation could be building up and dripping in cab.If so under car on passenger side were floor board meets firewall should be a small hose or maybe even just a hole where water to drip. First i use like a coat hanger to clean out.

its more likely to be the drain hole for the shuttle, were the heater gets it air feed from there will be a drain for the water to get out, can get blocked with leaves etc, you may need to get your hand down there and pull out the rubbish and poke your finger in the hole to push the debris out.

WET CARPET ON DRIVER'S SIDE

Could be the drain for the ac is plugged up. Usually when this happens the passenger side floor gets wet, but it could be coming out on the driver's side when you take a right turn.
The drain should be on the bottom of the firewall near the floor, you should see water dripping onto the ground when the ac is on.

Floorboard wet on drivers side on my 1995 buick skylark

There are a few things you will need to check as the leak could be from windsheild or floor. the first thing is to vacuum floor next is to use a water hose and spray all over windsheild while someone is looking with light inside under the dash to see if water is coming inside, if so then window resealing is needed and window has to be removed. next is to look at floor board from under the car for rust hole, this is the way to go. let me knomw the out come. good day

Floor get wet when it rains on passengar side carvan

check the weather stripping on your door and the seal on the windshield also make sure the windows are 100% all the way up. Good way to find out where it's coming from is goto an automatic car wash and while it's washing your car watch for water to drip.. if your not sure if you will see it if it comes through the windshield you can always hold up some construction paper (obviouisly you can cover more ground with that than notebook paper) and see where it gets wet :-) if you dont find it there i'd check the floor boards and see if/where the carpet starts to get wet first under the dashboard

2002 Honda Accord Wet Floor

most common problem is the a/c condensor tube is clogged and is under the car and needs to be cleared with compressed air. also the sunroof track has 4 drain tubes and the right front may be clogged or leaking. you can check that by pouring a cup of water down the right front drain tube in the sunroof track and see if water comes out by the right front wheel

WEt front floorboard

its coming from the evaporator drain, its either plugged, or the drain is leaking back to the firewall. ck it its flowing water to the ground, if not, take a small stiff wire and run it up the drain tube, it it was plugged a LOT of water will come out. it its clear and draining, sometimes water will come out and then follow the bottom of the tube back into the van and down on the floor. a small piece of heater hose can be slipped over the tube to extend it a few inches, this will prevent that.
