I replaced the ignition lock & cylinder switch but they disconnected the plug from the old ignition option and connected to the new one on my 2003 Honda Element and now it will not start, and

That is because the immobiliser is now activated. The key and the ignition lock need pairing. One way always works, the other works most times.

Phone the dealership and ask them to come out and pair them. don't tell them you changed the lock unless you have to :>)

Disconnect the battery for an hour and then reconnect it. This reactivates and resets the ECM, which recognises the key chip and the ignition chip, and thinks they must be right for each other. When the system is paired, the ECM releases power to the ignition.

How to release gear sheft to nutral with no key

Release the gearshift at the linkage in the engine bay, then you can switch the selector out of Park by means of the gearshift linkage on the transmission. BTW don't tow this car unless it's on a flatbed; it will damage the AWD system.
