SOURCE: serpentine belt squeaks on startup

You can not tighten the belt, it is held on by the Belt tensioner...it's located a little to the left side of the waterpump...now it maybe getting weak, or your belt may need to be replaced...Sometimes they look good, with no cracks, but they get worn and streched out over time..or it may look shiny..either one of those will cause it too squeak..

My coolent fan turns off then car runs hot

I would check my relay's and or your fuses first. If thats not it, let it cool down and take it to Auto Zone or somewhere close to have a diagnostic readout done. Good luck.

Location of coolant temp sensor 2000 crown vic

If the sensor was the problem you would have a check engine light on, the fan is operated by the powertrain control module which controls a relay module. You must have the dealer run a scan of the system ans do an active test on the fan operation to determine what is wrong.

I am in saudiarab i have crown victoria 97 model it is working good but i have problum in air condition system when i run my car its running good no problum but when i start my air condition it is heating...

The air conditioning condenser creates a lot of heat when the a/c is on. The cooling fan is supposed to run the whole time the a/c is on to keep it cool. If the fan isn't on, the radiator will absorb this heat and cause your car to over heat. You should also check your coolant level. So, it sounds to me like your cooling fan isn't working.

check your vlcm-variable load control module, located in front of the radiator (has fins, and has a large harness attached to it)-the harness may need to be tightened or the module itself may be bad-before to replace it swap relays for the AC with the ABS to see if it is just a bad relay.

I have 1999 Crown Victoria that the horn is not working i've checked the fuse & replaced the relay and still nothing.

try bypassing it with a wire from the + cable of the battery. if it works, your problem is elsewhere like in the steering wheel, broken or loose connection. if it doesn't work, replace the horn

The fan don't turn on?

If its a cooling fan, it could be
1-bad fan
2-bad temp sensor
3-bad electrical connection
A check for error codes will give you a start on identifying the source of the problem

Good Luck

Radiator fan in my 2003 crown victoria runs continuosly

No, the fan is supposed to come on only at certain temperatures.

Trace the wiring from the fan back, there should be a temp switch/relay in line. If there isn't,then someone has bypassed it and wired the fan to run when the car is running.
