Well sure enough all I had to do was replace the circuit board...wish I had done this a couple months ago...it was so easy to do and will now be much easier to drive with being able to see clearly again....

Rear washer may have it's own reservoir . Can you hear a pump humming when you activate the washer? Look in the under flooor compartment

(You will need a helper for the following operations). Have someone stand near where the washer bottle is, with the hood open, key on, engine off (all warning lights on guages illuminated). Listen for the washer pump motor to hum/buzz or whine. If it does not, check the power and ground at the connector to the pump with a test light. If it has power and ground, replace the pump motor. If it does make noise, disconnect the hose at the nozzles (the discharge point on wiper arms or on cowl below windshield) and check to see if it sprays out of the hose. If so, the discharge nozzles are clogged, (This is most common). Use a needle to attempt to clear them. If they do not clear, they may have to be replaced. If there is no spray, look for possible leaks/breaks in supply hose. There may be dripping or pouring onto the ground under the engine bay. (I've seen this a number of times and have found brittle hoses or chewed through by a rodent). You can also look for kinks in the line that would impede flow. Good luck with the Diagnosis and Repair.

SOURCE: 2004 Cavalier Wiper Motor
hi, im not sure if they would have a separate motor each because most vehicles have a linkage bar that connects the two wipers to keep them in time with each other. without the wipers on, try manually rotating the paasenger side wiper (be gentle) if that moves easily and the drivers side does not even flinch, then it could be a broken linkage. hope i helped!
