Should be on the passenger side kickplate below the glovebox and to the right. You may have to remove the plastic panel to access it or look for a small hole in it and feel around for the button

To replace to pump all you need to do is remove the bed held down with 8 bolts and then you have full access to the tank and pump. Took me about 1.5 hours and 2 extra sets of hands.

DROP THE FUEL TANK MAKE SURE YOU GO ABOUT HALF WAY THEN UNHOOK ALL THE LINES AND TERMINALS SO AS TO NOT DAMAGE THEM ALSO YOU NEED TO RELEASE THE FUEL PRESSURE AT FUEL RAIL BEFORE REMOVING ANY LINES
