Check the fuse under the dash. Did you replace the inline fuel filter? If not, you could loosen the line going into the filter then turn the key to the on position. The pump should run for about 2 seconds then the relay should kick off. Turn off the key for approx. 5 seconds then cycle key back on and the pump should cycle again. If you get a 2 second burst of fuel each time then the pump is cycling. Install a new fuel filter and check the grounded wire by the tank. Hope this helps. :)

SOURCE: 1991 S10 blazer 4x4 4.3 popping coming from the front

the popping sound is the stabilizer links or the lower control arm bushings you can replace all bushings and both link kits for around 50.00 and the light is prob from the sensor on the transfer case or the front end i would remove and clean with dawn dishwashing liquid and put them back.

SOURCE: 1991 chevy S10 blazer fluctuating oil pressure

I assume from the year it has high mileage. With mileage comes wear in these engine's bearings allowing oil pressure to drop because of the excess clearance between cam and bearings, also the crank and bearings. When the engine is hot and idling the oil is thinner and goes by the bearings quicker. If you have good oil pressure while driving, I'd leave it alone, maybe use a thicker oil or some lucas additive. My 89 does the same thing sometimes in the summer, but don't remember it doing it this summer. I use Mobil-1 and an AC Delco filter.

I have a rattling sound coming from my front end when hitting bumps. Took it in for an alignment check and the only thing wrong is slightly worn lower ball joints. What could be causing this noise?

rattling noises on bumps can be shock rubbers , stabilizer rubbers or bar ball joints
it could be the lower ball joints as they take all the load

2005 jeep wrangler replaced factory shocks 100,000

for this to happen there is misalignment of the shocky mount hole and the pin that it is mounted to. Check that there is a large washer over the rubber bush before the nut as if this is missing there is nothing to position the shocky mount.

DO SHOCKS WEAR OUT AND START TO AND SQUEAK WITH AGE

the squeaks will be dry rubber bushings. Use some wd-40 and squirt one bush at a time to find the squeak and replace that one or re-tension the nuts or bolts. could be the sway bar bushes.

adjust the nuts until there is tension placed on the rubbers. You will see the rubber start to slightly bulge out under the washers and that will be the correct tension

1993 Chevy S10 Blazer Serpentine Belt replacement

You use a breaker bar to move the tensioner, remove the belt and use the tensioner to put it back. You draw the belt and pulleys on a sheet of paper before removing, otherwise there should be a small diagram of the belt and pulley positions on the fan shroud or radiator support.

I have a toyota camrt 220sei 1993 I had replaced the shocks recently then I started toi hear a noise when I go over a speed bump or on a bumpy road so took the car back to the place where I had the shocks...

the stabaliser is suspended in rubber or neoprene bushings and they kneed to be replaced you can check by using a pry bar to stress the stabaliser up and down against a solid object on the ground, watch for movement at the locations supported to the frame.

I have replaced my back shocks on 2004 maxima now something is rattling in the rear end can't figure it out wasn't doing it until I repaced those shocks.

Hi Yameekia, Chock the front wheels, loosen the wheels, jack up the rear end and place chassis stands under the vehicle and then remove wheels. You will see a torsion bar connecting the left and right suspensions. The bar is sometimes referred to as an anti roll bar or a stabilizer bar. It is attached to the body with saddle clamps with rubber bushings, replace both bushes. At either end you will see that the anti roll bar is attached to the suspension by flexible linkages. These are small rods with small ball joints at each end. When worn these same ball joints make a lot of noise, hammering out a drum roll with each bump in the road. Replace those and I believe your problems will be over. You mentioned replacing the rear shocks....what about the front? Did you know that the shocks are not there to give a comfortable ride but instead to hold the tyres in contact with the road surface. They are a safety requirement for road holding, so with that in mind, have a good look at those too! Regards John
