Fuel cutoff

what makes you think that.
or what tests , prove that.
btw, if the PCM thinks (by any means) that SPARK is bad, it will in fact cut all fuel. (no crash and burn like on TV @!)
so spark is first. not fuel.

see why? and the engine cant use fuel if spark is dead.so 2 reasons.

Where is the fuel filter on 2007 jeep commander

There is not a "serviceable" fuel filter on any late model jeeps. The filter is part of the fuel pump module and gets replaced when the fuel pump gets replaced.

Where is fuel filter on 07 jeep commander

There should be two on the fuel pump module itself. A sock fit one on the bottom of the assembly and then one inside the module on the very bottom of the fuel pump itself.

Location of oil dipstick

The oil dipstick is located at the back of the engine.  If you look at the engine from a top view it is located at about 11 o'clock.  It's black.
