SOURCE: battery goes dead overnight
its a short in the radio most likely you still have a factory warrenty so i would take it there and explain your problem to them they should be able to fix it..

SOURCE: Factory Stereo Drains Battery
I have had this problem with a few of my cars and I thought the same that my battery was gettin drained by the stereo but really my battery was going bad hich resulted in the radio staying on for some odd reason, but i replaced the battery and all is good with no more problems, so I would take my battery down and have it tested.

9 times out of 10 it is the factory amplifier. I had this same problem and it was the amplifier. Disconnect the amp located in the trunk by the speakers and see if the drain continues. You will not have music, but having the amp replaced with an aftermarket one will solve this problem,

It could be quite a few things, but if you could get a hold of a hall sensor attached to a digital multimeter, you might be able to find where the draw is coming from.
The hall sensor can detect current in a wire, so basically with everything on the truck off, you start at the battery and try to find current draw. There should be some current in your large + battery wire, just follow that out and test each wire where it splits off and it should tell you more information.
Some local parts stores have alternator testers where they put a clamp probe over the alternater wire... this is a hall sensor. Some local parts stores might be nice enough to let you borrow it out in the parking lot to try to trace the problem.
Not a specific answer, but hope it helps get you somewhere to start.
