Renault master van .clutch pedal sticks on way back up then drops to the floor

I had this problem with my van, the pedal eventually looses presure and drops to the floor, dependent on the engine you have it effects the repair cost, mine is the nissan 3.5 140bhp engine, which has to be removed from the van so as to access the grear box to change the part (which costs about £123.00) the final bill came to a staggering £650.00! apparently i was told by the mercanic at renault that it is quite a common problem

Kangaroing kango

Does your kango have an EGR valve? I had a 2001 1.9DCi scenic and quite often the EGR valve would foul up with carbon and not allow it to shut. I simply removed it and cleaned it and it would go great for a few months until the same thing happened.

Steering really heavy on my renault master van

Hi

Sounds very much like a loose, or split pulley drive belt.

Open the bonnet and check, I am pretty sure this is where the problem lies.

You just need a new belt !

Good Luck !

Please give me a FixYa rating Please !
