I have replaced the heads on a2000 grand am Gt after having them shaved and tested and after putting the rocker arms back on the engine will not turn by hand is something misaligned

hi, i have very good experience with these engines, 3.4 litre v-6 right? these engines use two different length pushrods, long on the exhaust, short on the intake valves. there was a time when i did not know this fact(when i was just learning as a mechanic) and i swapped a couple of them. when i went to fire the engine, the valves hit the pistons on the intake side and locked up the engine, bent the rods and valves. this maybe what happened? but these engines have very close tolorance valvetrains, if you have not swapped the push rods by mistake, you speak of heads being shaved, there was one engine that i put the heads back on after being serviced by the machine shop and they had shaved too much off of the heads and the pushrods hit the pistons anyways. one more thing that happens, if coolant is left in the cylinders when the heads are put back on, or if it gets in the cylinders by accident, it will "hydro-lock" the engine. water cannot be compressed as air and atomized fuel can be. check to see if it will turn one way, but not the other at a certain point,(clockwise and counter) if it does, this may have occured. hope it is just coolant, you will only have to remove the spark plugs and crank the engine to relieve the coolant from the engine, then re-install the plugs. but if the pushrods are incorrectly installed, or the valves hit due to shaved heads, you will get to remove heads again to inspect.

Where can i order frame bolts for a 1999 Grand Prix GT

Easiest place to find any hardware cheap is at a scrapyard. You can also use hardware store bolts if you buy grade 8, not standard bolts. Otherwise you can order them at any dealership.

try putting in 1/2 once of oil in #2and#5 turn engine over for 2 seconds then hook up the compression gauge and check compression if there is then the cylinders got wash out if compression doesnt come up you have broke the spring or bent the valve.
