It depends how long its been like that. Add Oil immediately though it should be ok as long as you didnt see any smoke or anything recently.

I have a 2002 jeep grand cherokee lerado with a 4.0 my oil pressure is normal when i drive but when i stop my pressure goes low

A low oil level will cause this. If the oil level is fine, then you need to have a mechanical gauge to verify the pressure is really low and that you don't have a bad oil pressure switch. You could try replacing the switch first if you don't want to put an oil pressure gauge in the vehicle. If the pressure is indeed low and the oil level is normal then replace the oil filter to see if that brings the pressure back up. If the pressure is still low, remove the oil pan to check the pick-up tube for debris. If it is clear of debris then you'll be needing to replace the oil pump. Another possible cause of low pressure is a damaged rod or main bearing and would require the engine to be rebuilt.

Since you didn't provide engine size, 5 qts minimum. After putting in 5 qts check level/dipstick.

I have a 1996 Grand Cherokee and it just recently started making oil. I started running it about 3 weeks ago after it had been standing for most of the past 6-9 months. I dropped the oil (about 13 qts),...

The only liquid that can be getting into the crankcase and mixing with the oil is engine coolant. This is caused by a bad head gasket. Driving the truck as it is will cause serious engine damage. Have it looked at by a professional mechanic before driving it again.

My 2002 jeep grand cherokee limited is reading low oil pressure but wen i accelerate it goes to middle pressure but then down to low wen i stop wat can be the problem?

Oil pump or other issues
Cam bearings,etc
Bad sending unit

I would put a mechanical oil pressure gauge on it,to verify oil pressure.

Certainly stop driving it ,until you find and repair

I may have put the wrong type of oil in vch. I org. used 1 qt. of full synetethic 10W-30 oil and 4 qts. of 10W-40 synetethic blend in with it later because the engine was 4 qts low. Did i cause any damage...

You may have caused some damage by letting the oil level get so low but no damage will result by mixing full sybthetic with a synthetic blend. I don't believe 10W40 is the rated grade oil for your car. You should always use the recommended grade oil the manufacturer states.

Basicly you have to take apart the steering column cover and the switch is held in place with screws.
If you have to take the steering wheel off, it is best done by a qualified tech. There is an airbag in the steering wheel that has to be disconnected. THIS AIRBAG CAN GO OFF, PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS YOURSELF!!!!!!!
