Sorry no experiance with this vehicle so follow the wiring back see if its a blown fuse or the circuit board on the back of the fuse board has burnt out if so then make a new supply feed up somehow but without ever having seen one i couldnt advise anymore as iam a europeon mechanic more acustomed to patching up old renaults and seats

What fuse did you Check and where ? Inside fuse box ? Fuse # 9 15 amp . this fuse powers the control panel for Heater/AC ! Pull control panel an check pink / black wire for B+ voltage with key in run position . If there is power then check yellow / red for B+ power with the switch on .

2003 ford explorer sport trac blower motor and switch not getting any power, it was working fine a while ago and i had to start flipping the switch to head then off then back to head, what is wrong?


The selector switch on the dash controls the blower motor relay, then the fan switch controls the speed. The fan switch gets power from a 40amp fuse and the control panel gets power from two other fuses.
If you are working the control switch to get the fan to work, the control switch may be failing.

Silverado heater controls don't work


Without the year of the truck, I can't say much for advice.
I would get a wiring diagram to find out where the power for the control comes from.
On a 1995 model truck there are 5 fuses and several relays involved in the HVAC system.

Blower wiring diagram in a 1994 jeep cherokee


Well, not exactly.
The blower switch gets power from the control panel that gets power from the 25amp fuse in the fuse box.
The wire from the fuse box to the control panel is black and tan, the wire from the control panel to the fan switch is yellow and brown.

The climate control system only has the high fan speed. Is this likely to be the panel control switch?


May be but next to the blower motor is the blower control module this has a series of resistors in it to change the current flow to the blower motor ,.When you call for high speed on the fan it bypasse's the resistor module, on all other speeds it runs through the resistor. so check for power going into the blower module from the control panel on some speed other than high if power is at the module control panel is ok. if not blower module is bad

Replacement
  1. Access the fuse panel from the left of the steering column.
  2. Locate the blown fuse and pull out. DO NOT TWIST.
  3. Take note of the ampre number written on the top of the fuse. To install:
  4. Push a new fuse of the same ampre into the receptacle, making sure the contact is being made on both sides of the fuse.
LOCATIONS Headlights and Highbeam Indicator
  • One 18 amp circuit breaker (22 amp in 1987 vehicles) incorporated in the lighting switch.
Front and Rear Marker, Side Parking, Rear and License Lamps
  • One 15 amp circuit breaker incorporated in the lighting switch.
Windshield Wiper
  • One 4 1⁄2 amp circuit breaker located in the windshield wiper switch.
Power Windows
  • Two 20 amp circuit breakers located in the starter relay and the fuse block.
Power Seats and Power Door Locks
  • One 20 amp circuit breaker located in the fuse block.
Hazard Flasher REMOVAL & INSTALLATION NOTE: The hazard warning flasher is located on the rear side of the fuse panel.
  1. Locate the hazard flasher in the fuse panel.
  2. Pull the flasher out. DO NOT TWIST. To install:
  3. Push new flasher into place making sure a good contact is made with both terminals.
  4. Test flasher to make sure they function properly.

Blower fan will not come on dodge ram 1500


This could be a few things. First check to make sure that your fan relay is still good. (This will be in your control panel under your hood) Otherwise, your fan switch could be out. Try removing the control panel and the switch that attaches to behind the fan control knob and replace with a new one. Lastly, if your fan works on "high" but not for "low" or "medium" then it is most likely your blower resistor module. If I remember correctly the resistor is located behind the glove compartment. relays are normally in the fuse panel on the left side of dash by knee.

No air or heat blowing from vents


if the fan is blowing this could be a problem with the climate controll switch that changes the direction of air from floor to defrost to vents, some are vacuum controlled through a vacuum operated mechanism that opens and closes a door in the vents which redirects the air to different places.
