Esp light on sprinter 313 2011 cruise control works now and then any clues thks

check the wheel speed sensors wiring and reluctor rings, the electronic suspension system is part of the abs system, the cruise also uses speed signal from the abs system, sounds like you may have a broken link lead to one of the front wheel speed sensors which makes and breaks connection when you move the steering, wheel good luck

Code p2089 dodge sprinter 2007

DTC P2089 A - Camshaft Pos Actuator Ctrl Circ Hi Bank1
On this code the cam or crank sensor is normally the culprit. I would replace the crankshaft position sensor. There is anothe possible sensor that can cause this to happen vehicle speed sensor and engine coolant temp sensor. The way it works is The ECM receives signals such as crankshaft position, camshaft position, engine speed, and engine coolant temperature. Then, the ECM sends ON/OFF pulse duty signals to the intake valve timing control solenoid valve depending on driving status. This makes it possible to control the shut/open timing of the intake valve to increase engine torque in low/mid speed range and output in high-speed range. But the most common problem is the cam or crank sensor Start with the crankshaft sensor and then camshaft sensor.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

2005 dodge sprinter van with dtc p2240

2002 sprinter, code # P2240 = abs steering angle sensor can message implausible, this can be due to a bad steering angle sensor or can bus circuit open. you will need to do some testing and a scan tool would be needed to see sensor readings. take a look at the connector and the wiring,CAN is a controller area network, this is the computer system, the way it communicates.

Have a 2004 Sprinter that produces a ESP and Traction light after approx 12 miles of driving. Shut off ignition and lights go out for another approx 12 miles. No codes found with scan check. Have checked...

The problem is a lack of agreement between the output signals to the ECU from the speed sensor on the transmission output shaft and the speed sensors in the wheel hubs. These will need to be checked. There is an outside possibility that a reluctor ring on one of the hubs has snapped and although the sensor is working fine it is picking up the wrong signal. Of the three possibilities I would suspect the speed sensor on the transmission. These sensors have the characteristic error of reducing the voltage signal output as they warm up and the transmission does get very hot. This means that speed sensors can work perfectly when started but as temperature rises begin to behave erratically. This type of error escapes ECU monitoring.

Max 2004 sprinter codes p2238 p2245 what is

p2238 is the oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor #1 which is up stream in the exhaust manifold. My manual is showing that the current control crcuit is low. p2245 is the same sensor, showing that voltage circuit is low. Replacing this sensor should fix the problem.

2359 is for high or low boost....more than likely it is the turbo resonator or the charge air hose to the intake has a split in it
