Additionally at comments in the other user that you're mentioned, that sound just like a bad steering wheel position sensor. I have done quite a few of them over the years. are front tires crushed to the curb??? we can not see that
key is not able to turn to ON, sure.
so to do that , we have to man handle the wheel.
(for sure at any curb)
hard left and hard right even 20 lbs of force. and at the same time gently wiggle the key to ON.
it will go if front tires, not down steep hill, pointing to a curb.
we can not see where you car is, so answers can get complex.

down hill parking there takes SKILLS,.
even getting out of PARK is even more hard there. that is a 2nd lock.
as long as the engine codes match they will fit.

disconnect batt.wait 5 minutes,push brake several times,locate airbag fuse and remove.this is improtant as you will have to remove drivers airbag.there are 2 round plastic caps covering the 2 airbag bolts located at back of steering wheel by the cruise switches.remove caps remove the 2 8mm bolts.remove airbag,set airbag away from you with plastic cover of airbag up.replace switches.reinstall airbag,reinstall fuse.reconnect batt.
