SOURCE: No headlights, dash or tail lights working!

Well, to accurately determine the problem as fast as possible you could perform a ECU diagnostics.Located Here: http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=249406check and verify the diagnostic meaning using the FSM (Factory Service Manual)Located here: http://300zx-twinturbo.com/cgi-bin/manual.cgiWhen your fiance replaced the radio, there is a ground wire that will be behind the radio bevel (the face plate around the bevel) this is just clipped in and can be removed by simply pulling -- be careful they can crack easily. After you remove the bevel, look around for any grounding wires that have been removed. On average a shop will charge you $60 approx to correct this issue. (Based off of my local area)If what i recommended didnt help, check the ECU diagnostics, it's very easy to perform and will give you an exact description of where to look for your problem =) If you need further help (same goes for anyone) email me at corruptedstudios@hotmail.comBest Regards,Kyle

SOURCE: Hello A aftermarket radio we installed and now

well your installation is the problem. ck all wires and verify thay are connected to the proper wires. if all wires are properly hooked up, cut the wire from the light switch. if that fixes it, then the radio is bad.

Tail lights and dash lights went out after installing aftermarket radio.

Sometimes when you bring something somewhere, the people can mess up.They don't want to get bad word out on their business,so they say nothing is wrong.I fixed my laptop before, and they broke plastic,on it.We brought it back and they said they would fix it.They used super glue! They said they would install new plastic, but lied. The point is,if they accidentally connected wrong wires,it can cause this stuff. If you smell smoke from it,bad sign.

I installed aftermarket radio on toyata corolla 06. everything worked fine except for dash light dont come on and tail lights dont either. checked fuses and none are bad. help plz!!!!

You have probably connected the dash auxiliary wire with a wrong wire on the aftermarket radio. Such scenario should pop a fuse and probably kill the lights. Try disconnecting the radio and see if that solves ur problem. Then u probably need to rewire.

I would check the dash lights fuse first. If the fuse is good and the circuit has voltage, you may have toasted the dimmer control.

I assume you replaced the temperature sending unit when you installed the aftermarket gauge? You need to put the proper sending unit back in for the OEM gauge to work.

You can find a sending unit here (and a gauge if needed):
