If you are reffering to the fuel pressure regulator and fuel pression sensor, on some model is in the fuel tank, and is in the fuel pump assy. On some other model you find it on the return side of the fuel injector rail and it is screwed into the injector rail. It has a vacuum hose that is going to the air intake manifold.

It would be useful if you explain in detail what sensor you have to replace, so that experts stop posting unrelated info (eg The Common Rail Diesel Injection System Explained),
and can concentrate solving your problem.
To access the common rail system you need to remove the head, that is a job that should be done at a garage.
To replace the fuel pressure regulator/fuel pressure sensor on a hyunday (the part in big picture), you need to simply access the fuel lines, unplug the hose and wire, and replace it.

Can you give us a link to the website that sells the part that you are trying to replace? aor post more info (part number, exact part name etc.).

Is this the CDX (CRTD")COMMON RAIL TURBO DIESEL"? then
The Electronic Diesel Control (EDC) controls extremely precisely all the injection parameters – such as the pressure in the Rail and the timing and duration of injection – as well as performing other engine functions. In the Common Rail accumulator injection system, the generation of the injection pressure is separate from the injection itself. A high-pressure pump generates in an accumulator – the rail – a pressure of up to 1,600 bar (determined by the injection pressure setting in the engine control unit), independently of the engine speed and the quantity of fuel injected.

You might need to take it to a shop because in the process of getting to the bar, you could damage some other things that would be costly to repair just to be on the safe side.

The 02 sensors are located in the exhaust system. bank one stands for the same side as the number 1 cylinder. sensor 1 is the first sensor in the bank, (closest to the engine or upstream)

How do I remove the intercooler from my 2007 Santa Fe 2.2CRDT?

maybe the radiator? the thing that sits in front of the engine with the fan aimed at it? in that case, youll probably have to take off the fan housing, drain it via the drain plug at the bottom left or bottom right of it (dont do that if you have had the engine running recently itll burn) let it drain. take off all of the hoses connected to it, then it will be secured somehow around the edges, undo those points and it should come out. id suggest taking another approach at getting the 4th screw out however. smaller/different angled tools often do the trick

How do I change the fuel filter on a 2006/7 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2 CRDT CDX safely?

There is no external type fuel filter on the Santa Fe. It is built into the fuel pump module in the tank, you rould have to remove your rear seat bottom cushions and get to the access plate and remove the pump module. Can be very time consuming if you have never done this before.

the santa fe offers side steps, it is a solid system that mounts to the body and frame rail of the truck and extends out from the vehicle a little bit... other then that i know a lot of places sell aftermarket parts, but a lot of them if you put them on you have a lot of problems cause they are not made as a certain year kit, they are made as a generic kit and have to be made to fit.... straight from the factory side steps are the better way of going.... not anything other then that or you will have a sore ankel.... hope this helps you...
