Question about Cars & Trucks
Dodge 2000 caravan minivan engine dies or stops running any time the van slows down at either red light or turning left or right
If the engine light is on, you need to take it to a shop to have it tested, it may be related to your concern. if the light is not on, often this can happen from a dirty throttle body, which can be cleaned out. make sure someone knows what they are doing before attempting this, so you dont cause other issues

Try getting your throttle position sensor (TPS) replaced.

SOURCE: dodge caravan sliding doors
First, keep in mind that as you begin to remove these doors you run the risk of causing serious scratches to the paint and glass, so put some masking tape and/or plastic sheeting around both sides of the door (rear quarter panel and rear glass, front door and front door glass)
I would get a Haynes repair guide since that's what I have to work from and it will tell you step by step with pictures, what to do. It's not hard, but you need to get all of the attach points unhooked to be successful. Suggest you have a helper working with you to keep the door steady.

The cruise has no dedicated fuse, you will most likely be looking to replace the clockspring rotating contact located under the steering wheel which connects the switches in the steering wheel (horn, cruise and air-bag) to the rest of the electrical system.

Open the hood. Look on the drivers side. Find the Battery. Now as you are facing the vehicle go just to the left and a bit farther in than the battery. There is a yellow cap with the Brake symbol on it. That is the reservoir for the Master Brake cylinder. All the check and fill points have a yellow caps. ie transmission oil, eng oil, rad coolent, brake fluid, and power steering fluid.
