in these trucks if the front abs activates at low speeds it is normally because of the wheel speed sensors in the front hubs. easy fix is to remove wheel speed sensor from wheel bearing. clean and file cast surface of bearing to allow sensor to move closer to internal reluctor ring. what happens is over time the casting rusts and creates a larger gap. please rate if this works.

DROP THE FUEL TANK MAKE SURE YOU GO ABOUT HALF WAY THEN UNHOOK ALL THE LINES AND TERMINALS SO AS TO NOT DAMAGE THEM ALSO YOU NEED TO RELEASE THE FUEL PRESSURE AT FUEL RAIL BEFORE REMOVING ANY LINES

Best FREE advise...go to your public library and use the EBSCO On-Line Automotive Repair Referance Center. Ask one of the Library Staff and they can help you. The real beauty of this is that you can go home and go On-Line to the library and use this referance anytime, for FREE. All you nedd is your Library Card Number...again, ask your Librarian about this. Hope this help everyone...it took me a while to find out this simple fix to many problems.
