Code p0161 p0141 change the 02 sensor but still th light comes on.

Not likely both sensors fail same time look for a fuse or relay that has failed!

Reset codes and see if error returns if so and fuse is good check relay circuit.

Hope this helps?

Diagnostic codes I got from 2002 lancer P0421 misfire fuel comp catlyst EVAP 02 sensor 02 htr EGR What does these code mean?

This all comes down to the catalytic converters. More than likely you will need to replace both of them plus your sensors as well. This can become very expensive with OEM equipment. I would suggest you shop around and see which is cheaper but still has good parts. Hope this helps! Have a good one!

How do I reset the service engine soon light on a 2003 Lancer

Only way is if the issue is fixed, it will go away on it's own. Otherwise you need a scanner hooked up to it. Keep in mind that for some state inspections, clearing a code will also reset "monitors" and you will need to drive it for a couple of days for them to reset, that is if all looks good.

2002 mitsubishi lancer oz rally troubleshooting p0420

Code p0420 is 'catalyst efficiency below threshold'.

This could be caused by a bad catalytic converter but before dumping a ton of money on that I would suspect the after-cat oxygen sensor is getting lazy and setting the code.

Have the O2 sensors checked and replace if needed before suspecting the catalytic converter.

Good luck.

Most cars you top up the trans fluid through the stem that the dip stick for the transmission goes into.
