Es el sistema de seguridad ANTI THEFT SYSTEM, que desactiva la comunicacion con el COMPUTADOR para accesos no autorizados. Es probable que hayas desconectado la bateria recientemente o usado el PANICO de la alarma.
Sugiero revisar el manual de usuario del vehiculo, en el esta la forma de desactivarlo.

My understanding of you question is this:
I have cleaned all the sensors, etc, on my 2004 Toyota Yaris, yet when I start the car while it is cold, the RPM reaches 3000. Once it has warmed up, the rpm lowers by itself.
Why does it do this?
If that is right, then this is normal behavior, though it is a little excessive.
Perhaps the throttle-plate bypass valve is not operating freely; You should check that out.
