I have a burnt fuse link. The wire seems to be brittle and almost rotten. The appearance of the other wires in the same pack look to be in the same condition but they may be fine. I didnt check very good. Is this a harness that can be replaced or do I replace each wire individually? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

fuses blow because of excessive current flow from a dead short to earth. You haven't stated which fuse blows and what the items are covered by that fuse. so check the power wire from that fuse and trace it until you find a burnt area or a place where the power wire is touching the body before it gets to something it is running
Check all the fuses pull them out ,look at them one by one, also there are some fusible links that will pull apart like taffy if they are burned, they look like wires, they will be at the end of the positive battery cable, where ever it goes,to the starter or relay.
Also clean your battery connections and make sure they are tight. Check the wires at the alternator make sure there tight and not burnt. The main wire to the alt tends to get very hot and brittle if slightly loose.
