Question about 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier
Dome light, keys in ignition warning, lights on warning do not work. I suspect the drivers door jamb switch.

If no screws or nuts holding it that you can see from outside, then just use a screwdriver or something and pry at the base where it is against metal.

Try shooting some wd-40 in the tumbler, and working the key around a bit. If have another key, I would try that as well. If that does not work for you, you may have to replace the "ignition tumbler".

It is a comon problem with the cavaliers. reome the instrument cluster fuse, clean the contacts a put it back in. It should be a 10 amp fuse.

Check the plunger switch.Most of them just snap in to the side of the dash.Un plug wires to see if light goes out,could also be your dome light switch.
