If you can hear the washer bottle motor then you know its not an electrical problem, if you can see the fluid in the lines then the best thing to do would at each connection in the hose disconnect the line and operate the washes and see if the fluid comes out (also pay attention to pressure) do this until you reach the washer nozzles. The nozzles could be blocked. now you might say that you put new lines on so the nozzles shouldn't be blocked well if you think of it the previous hose could have been partly bocked thereby stopping any **** that is at the filter on the washer motor going anywhere(most modern cars have filters on the washer motors) So by putting new lines on you have allowed the **** at the motor travel all the way to the nozzles letting them get blocked.
Hope this helps.

SOURCE: windshield washer problem

on the arm that controls the wiper, you can either pull back on the lever or push forward on it or push the tip of the lever inwards.. these are the three ways the fluid can be triggered depending on the car

Add windshield washer fluid to my 2013 spark? The Neck fills up and then no fluid gets to the tank... How do I get fluid to the tank?

You either have dirt in the spray head that sprays onto the windshield and is not letting the fluid pass from the reservoir...or you have frozen water in your lines that is blocking it from working. Either get a hair dryer out and warm the tank, fill hose and spray lines up or get the car into a warm garage to see if it is ice. If it doesn't work then.......I don't know...

Replaced washer pump and still no pressure

For front windshield, the hoses are usually easy to locate and replace. This is cheap hose so replace it. Other issues are that the spray nozzles can freeze if you don't have correct fluid in them. Most of these can also be replaced, but this may be harder depending on the location. I don't know on your car, but many modern cars have these attached to the wiper arms, so it may be very easy.

I put windshield washer fluid in and it won't squirt out. where is it supposed to shoot from and how can i figure out the problem?

My guess is either your washer pump is bad,The washer switch in the car is bad,or there is a line or hose disconnected or loose somewhere in the assembly. The fluid will spray from two small ports beneath your windshield. Hope this helps.

I think my van has a clogged windshield nozzle. The wiper fluid comes out but doesn't even squirt high enough to hit the windshield.

First try to clean out the squirter nozzles.Take a very small wire, sometimes a staple works great, and stick it into the nozzle to clear any debris. Then try to spray it again. If this didn't solve the problem and the debris is cleared, then you either have a weak or blocked pump, which is located on the washer reservoir itself.Hope I could help!!! Rate me accordingly!! Thanks!

When i go to use the windshield wipers the wipers move but the fluid which is full doesn't come out.

follow the windshield spray nasal water lie to the pump making sure the line is not broken, next do you hear the pump running when you spay the fluid, if not that the pump is faulty, if you do hear the pump running, more likely the windshield spray nasal is clog with debris; to unclog it try to use a clothes needle, poke around in it to see if you can clear the blockage, if not, replace will be the best idea, fairly cheap and easy to replace. those windshield tank and the pump does not have good filter on them and they tend to get clog up in the pump or the spray nasal.
