If you dont have some anti-theft system or aftermarke alarm, sound like a starter go to bad. Begin here.

you should start by checking your brake saftey switch. you have to apply the brake when shifting from park if it is bad it will not allow you to shifft from park.try the cheapest easiest first.

sounds like there is something in the wrong place in the horn button. it makes contact when you turn left just as if you had pushed the horn button. i wonder does your airbag light ever come on, i mean not just in the startup sequence, that's normal. probably you need to take the horn button part of the steering wheel apart and get things back in the right place or maybe replace some parts, but because of the airbag being right there too it's not something i would recommend that you do yourself. accidentally setting off an airbag is not a good thing.

Pry it apart with a butter knife. It takes a CR 2032 battery.
Instruction on how to program are in the owner's manual.
