Question about 2003 Chrysler Sebring

Open Question

Chrysler Sebring sedan rear window won't go all the way up

Little by little, the back windows on my Sebring LXi sedan started going up slower and slower. Now the driver's side rear window won't go all the way up to seal the car. Won't push up, afraid to try going all the way down and going back up, since it's very close (1/4 inch) to being closed. Help.

SOURCE: removing the 2.7 engine from 2001 sebring sedan?

ok heres the simple version its alot of work
remove hood put someplace safe
disconnect all wireing and mark off with masking tape and marker
****** you need car lift ******
remove all plastic part molding from engine
find the engine hoist holes for chain to hook to
this is a unibodi design so the whole front chassis drops down
unbolt the chassis make sure to have the chasis blocked and stable
lift car while chasis stays on floor engine tranny and every thing inside hood comes down on the unibody this is how you remove an engine from a sebring

or you take to the dealer spend the doe cause you got a nice car and have it done right

SOURCE: Where is the fuel filter located on a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Sedan

Some of the Sebrings have two filters(one is called a sock). The sock(which all sebrings have) is located in the fuel tank itself on the pump module. If this model is the JXI then the external filter is located on the belly of the car between the tank and drivers rear seat. I hope I could help!!!

Can you block up a window in a Sebring?

I'm fairly sure that model uses a cable to pull the window up and down.
You would have to remove the door panel, disconnect or cut the cable, and put the window glass at the top of the track. I use a small hose clamp on the track to hold it in place.

Back side window of 2006 sebring won't go up how do I fix it?

Try operating the window with both the driver's window switch, and the rear door window switch.

When operating window with rear door window switch help up, bang the door around the mid section and see if this frees the winder motor in that door. If it does, this would indicate a failing motor (replace). If it doesn't then strip door, and check for power to the motor when operating switch. If power is present, then replace the motor.

Need wiring diagram driver door window control connector sebring 2002 lxi

might be too small to read here since FixYa limits insert files to 150k

however, you can go an auto parts store like Autozone and buy a good electronic service manual specif for your car from All-Data or a cheaper, less reliable source from Chilton or Hynes

additionally, this is for a sedan because you did not id which lxi you have
