Question about 2000 Ford Ranger SuperCab
I have a 2000 ford ranger v-6 with a 5sp manual and it has just started shaking the whole truck when i take off in first gear and quits when i shift into second but it also does it if i start in 2nd but then quits once i shift u
I was told either a bad pressure plate or a whorped flywheel
How would this happen?
This happens from overheating the clutch, and it is caused by a burnt/overheated flywheel and pressure plate, it may be your driving habits, do you slip the clutch allot or have you been stuck where you might have overheated the clutch trying to free the truck from mud or snow?
