SOURCE: VW GOLF GTI SIDE MIRROR

If by the spring you mean where the mirror attaches your in luck. New replacement mirrors, and just the glass part, are readily available from auto parts stores. The mirror is easily mounted using a special glue also obtained at the same store. Just clean the surface of the "spring" well with acetone, apply the glue and mirror as instructed. Good luck.

Have a code come up p0332 on a cadilillac 2004

P0332 DTC Code - Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Low Input (Bank 2)
A knock sensor tells the engine computer when one or more of your engine's cylinders are "knocking", that is, exploding the air/fuel mixture in a way that delivers less power and can be damaging to the engine if prolonged.

The computer uses this information to tune the engine so that it doesn't knock. If your knock sensor on Bank #2 is generating a low output voltage (perhaps under 0.5V), then it will trigger a P0332 DTC. This P0332 code may show up intermittently or the Service Engine light may be lit constantly. Other knock sensor related DTC codes include P0325, P0326, P0327, P0328, P0329, P0330, P0331, P0333, and P0334.

You may notice drivability problems including fluctation engine RPM, a loss of power, and perhaps some hesitation. There may also be other symptoms.

Potential causes for a P0332 DTC include (but are not limited to):
The knock sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced
There is a wiring open/short/fault in the knock sensor circuit
The PCM/ECM has failed

Hope this helps; just keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Have a nice day and thanks for using FixYa.

Diagnostic Trouble Code 332 JEEP LIBERTY ? WHAT IS THIS ?

2005 Jeep will be OBD II compliant and the trouble code(s) will be 4 digits after a P,B or U. Are you sure you wrote it down right?
For example P0332 for your car is Knock Sensor 2 Circuit Low Input (Bank 2)

Potential causes for a P0332 DTC include (but are not limited to):

  • The knock sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced
  • There is a wiring open/short/fault in the knock sensor circuit
  • The PCM/ECM has failed
Possible Solutions
  • Verify the resistance of the knock sensor (compare it to factory specs)
  • Inspect for broken/frayed wires leading to the sensor
  • Check the wiring and connections leading to/from the knock sensor and PCM/ECM
  • Verify proper voltage is reaching the knock sensor (e.g. 5 volts)
  • Verify proper grounding of sensor and circuit
  • Replace the knock sensor
  • Replace the PCM/ECM

I have a gti 1.8 turbo and when i plug the airflow meter in it cuts out i have replaced it with one from vw the car is also over fueling its had new throttle body and there are no engine codes

What did you use to call up for DTC's? Just what you did would call up a DTC to be stored (100%) in the ECU. If it cuts out like that with a MAF that was working from the donor car then you have other problems along the intake system track. A possible malfuntion from this parts would certainly cause to run poorly.
  • Coolant temperature sensor
  • Pre 02 Sensor
  • Post 02 Sensor
  • Knock Sensor
  • Vacuum leak
  • Faulty Secondary Auxiliary Air pump
  • A bad ECU
So unless you have a scan tool VAG 1552 or equivalent you won't know for sure you haven't triggered a code to be stored. Just by removing battery connection would surely set a code.

How do you correct repair code P0332 and how what should the cost be for a 2004 gmc denali?

P0332 Is set by a knock sensor, desiganted by GM as "Knock Sensor 2".

There could be many causes for this, from a misfire, to a loose sensor; so an appraisal from anyone without access to the vehicle is out of the question.
