if you mean the wheel nuts ,then the torque is what pressure you can apply with the vehicles wheel brace that came with it ,they do not need hammering up with a air gun or a bar with a scaffold pole on the end

Hi, Very carefully. You'll have to get on top of the engine to remove the back plugs.
Just take your shoes off when you do this so you don't break anything. Also prop the hood up so you can access the plugs better. Good luck.
