I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. We have determined that the fan is not turning on. Is there a site where I can get a detailed diagram of the system to find it and fix it?????

If the fan is not cycling when the engine gets hot, you'll have to test the fan motor and the temperature sensor. If the fan is running and it's still hot, the thermostat may be the cause.

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo radiator fan doesn't turn on.

Check power to the relay. it can close, but if there is no power to it, it can't send anything to the fan.
signal goes from sensor, to the computer, to the relay. when it closes it transfers power from the hot side to the fan.
