Question about 1996 Pontiac Grand Prix
My 1996 pontiac grand prix has had no problems at all, no noises or anything but yesterday i started it up and put it into drive but it would not move. the engine was working and everything looks good. what could possibly be wrong with my car?
I have one of these cars i love it but and the transmissions GM used in them are not good at all there is a pin in the differential that has a tendency to slip out and the car will not move..happened to me but i was driving..it blew the transmission so hard the gears shot right out of the bottom of the car..it cost me 1500 dollars to replace it..you might be luckier because it dident blow up like that i would call some transmission places and tell them whats going on and get an estimate..
