Hi I got c200 and the boot dont want to open whit a remote

Vincent,
Let's break it down - is the remote working on the other functions such as door unlock? If so then the battery & transmit function is good. Could still be a faulty boot unlock button on the remote. Now examine the boot latch mechanism, is there an remote unlock button in the car? Does this function? IF we can determine where the fault lies, we can troubleshoot further. Good luck.

1999 Audi A4 A4 audi central locking not working how can i open the boot with out it the key i have doesnt unlock the boot

Open the drivers door with the key. Look on the door for the unlock button and press it. This will unlock all doors and the boot. Use the handle on the boot to open it.

Hi, my central locking wont unlock the boot (renault clio 2002).

Its sounds like a sticky boot lock it wont be the remote, open the boot with the key and spray all around the lock and lock mechanism with WD-40 then lock and unlock keep repeating unlock, lock using both the key and remote it should free off.

Be sure to use plenty of WD-40 on the underside of the boot lid into the mechanism dont be shy with it.

Hope this helps.

Unlocking Boot lid

I am assuming your problem is similar to mine; the key fob isn't dead, but for some reason the boot won't release.  This happens rarely, but can be very frustrating (and embarrassing)!

When neither the key fob nor the release on the boot work, lock and unlock the car, and insert the key into the ignition.  Turn the key to the second stage, i.e. the accessories are powered, and then remove the key.  This ought to allow you to use the fob again.

on your electrical key, instead of just pushing the the button that unlocks the boot, hold it down for a few seconds, it should unlock it..
