Question about 1992 Eagle Talon
I need to do a tune up on my 92 eagle talon but i cant seem to fine the spark plugs where are they located?
Its a hemi head motor remove the plastic plate on the top of the head by removing the 10 mm bolts. Be careful you do not lose them or the grommets under them. The plug wires pull up out of the spark plug well down about 4 in. are the plugs. The easy way to get them out is with a socket that has a rubber insert to hold the plug as you lift it out. Be very careful when putting the new plugs in. They cross thread very easily make absolutely sure they are straight before putting the ratchet on the extension and tightening them. Turn the 6'' or so extension by had till they start into the threads. Be sure and dab a little anti seize on the threads to make the job easier and keep the threads in the head where they belong.

SOURCE: 1995 eagle talon wont start
You did not specify if its petrol or Diesel I am assuming it is diesel. It might be the glow plugs. Get them checked as you will need these to get it started. If its petrol its a different issue. It might be the ignition coil (no spark) coming to the distributor. Whichever the type of car make sure that there is fuel coming to the engine. In the case of diesel you should have a primer rubber fuel pump which you press in order to bring fuel to the engine.
Hope this was of help to you :)
