SOURCE: Crankshaft Position Sensor
The crank sensor is on the front of your engine behind the harmonic balancer. You will need a balancer puller for a 3.8 and a crank sensor alignment tool to do this lob.

I'm showing a 3T40 Auto Transaxle for a 2.3L engine and a 4T6E for a 2.4L engine Hope this clarifies your question. Good Luck!

Check the charging system13.65 volts,to 14.25 volts at the battery when running and lights and blower fan on high.Check the battery connections, that they are clean. The fuel pressure maybe low, check the fuel filter, and the fuel pressure to see if the fuel pump is weak.
