When reverse fails this indicates the transmission has a internal mechanical failure, this repair requires the transmission be removed form the truck and rebuilt or exchanged.

I have a 99' grand jeep cheroke. My top radiator

You may have cooked the engine.
It sounds like the head gasket may have blown, and you could be leaking coolant into the cylinders.

I bougth and 86 Jeep Cherokeer Pioneer. It's an automatic A904 on a 2.8L V6. The tranny was underserviced when I got it and began slipping shortly after. I shifts into reverse, but I hear a sucking...

You have two bands in that transmission. Generally speaking, if it's bad enough that it's slipping, they are worn enough that any adjustment would be a waste of time. What I'd try, is to drop the pan and change the fluid and filter. I'd also add a good additive like lucas. Many times, that will help if the bands and clutches aren't too badly burned. Otherwise, just sell it as it sits and tell the buyer that there is a trans problem. Of course you won't get book value but you won't have the headache of fixing it either.

Pressure of the engine(oil sign)grand cheroke 2000

When the engine is cold, the oil pressure will be higher. It drops as the engine warms up and heats up the oil. If the pressure gauge gives readings that seem to be wrong, it's possible that the oil pressure sending unit is defective, and should be replaced. If the difference you are seeing in the gauge is due to variation in engine and outside temperatures, the it's normal, and don't be concerned.

1999 jeep cheroke sport died while driving and wouldn't restart.

i had the same thing happen last year. it was a bad chip. i had to take it to the dealership to have the chip replaced. it cost about 200.00. it was not a big deal at all. after that though, my freeze plug busted and my alternator went out. but now all those problems are fixed. how come when you get a car paid off, everything starts going wrong??
