Question about 2003 Ford Expedition
My truck was riding fine. One day it just wouldn't start. It would turn over but it wouldn't start. I smelled fuel each time I tried to start it, so I assumed the fuel pump had went bad. I purchased another fuel pump and it still would not crank. I changed the fuse box and now it cranks but it won't go over 40 miles per hour and will not pick up speed and runs rough. Is there anything else I can do?

it might be the fuel pump take the output hose off of it and crank the engine and see if fuel comes out of the pump if it does the fuel pump is not the probelem. if it doesnt come out or if it slowly comes out than you need a new fuel pump

Your alternator might be bad also, or the crank sensor

THE SHAVINGS ARE FROM THE FUEL PUMP ROTOR, REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP INSIDE THE GAS TANK.
