How to rewind window wire

you can not. The regulator must be replaced. I think the Lincoln LS has the same regulator. Rears famous for the cable snapping. Same issue in front sometimes.

The rear door power window regulator may become inoperative, leaving the vehicle operator unable to raise or lower the rear window glass. In most instances, only the power window regulator mechanism requires replacement and the window motor can be reused.

Rear window wont go up. Motor works but seems to be binding

The window regulator, is cable driven, the regulator will have to be replace, when the cable goes bad, that's the sound you hear, you can more then likely move the window up and down a little.

Trying to figure out how to rewind the cable correctly on the right rear window regulator,I seem to have just one more time around the regulator cable pulley, but i cant figure out how to get it to track...

Those regulators are not designed to be repaired -- only replaced. The cable spool, pullys and cable are installed as complete components -- the slack is taken out of the cable during assemby at the manufacturer.

Window problems

The fix for this is to replace the regulator. That is the only way you can by replacement parts, as a unit.

You need a new window regulator. Make sure after the replacement you need to put silicone lube on the tracks in front and rear of the window. This will keep it from going bad again. Lube the other window that you don't want to replace the regulator in.
