Question about Honda Odyssey
When i move it at the first time works perfect all the shifting and if i stop then i have problems whit the third shift.
Make sure the TSS sensor connector is good. Since you replaced the engine it is possible the wires/pins in the connector are loose or bad. I have seen where the wires break inside the insulation at the connector.You could have a bad TSS sensor (200-400 ohms good), if you have a multi meter we can check the circuits too. I would check the connector and then clear the code , test drive and see if it comes back. The PCM uses this sensor to control shift patterns so a fault is stored in the PCM. P0715 is for a loss of TSS signal during operation.
we can check the continuity but that will only show if there is high resistance. If there is a wire about to break(instead of 15 strands connected 3 or 4) we need to load the circuit or wire. If we put 12 volts through the wires(disconnected from the sensor and PCM of course) and we use a light bulb as a load if the wire is bad the bulb will be dim. I would start with an ohm check of the sensor and a close inspection of the connector.
We start with an ohm test on the sensor and then continuity test the circuit. Then we load the circuit. I have had the wires break as I disconnected the connector or tugged on the wires at the connector.

MIL Comes On With A/T DTC P0715
The MIL comes on, and A/T DTC P0715 (problem in the mainshaft speed sensor circuit) is set.
Retrieve and record the A/T freeze data with the PGM Tester. Make sure you record the freeze data values on the repair order. Refer to DIAGNOSIS to determine which of these repair actions is needed:
* Replace the PCM
* Flush the A/T
* Replace the A/T
* Troubleshoot the mainshaft speed sensor circuit
* Troubleshoot an engine problem
Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.
Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

I would start with a transmission fliud and filter service.
I would then have the trasnmission checked out by a transmission shop. The transmission most of the time has the direct drum band is starting to go. The shops can rebuild it no problem, This is a very common failure wiith the trasnmission.

the first common possibilty would be to check fluid level, if the fluid level is good, I would recommend changing the transaxle fluid and filter. if this does not correct the issue, a professional transmission repair person will need to diagnose for you, good luck!

Most likely your shift cable (from the selector to the transmission) is worn, maybe needs lubrication. Mine had a similiar problem, but had to shift it into neutral and back up to get it in reverse. A new shift cable solved the problem.

ur computer probably wont show anything ur tranny problem can be anything fron needing a filter changed to vacuum problem to torque converter check the fluid for level if low fill up- before filling look and smell fluid it should be reddish in color not brownish [fluid burnt]if it smells burnt- need trans service can be just a filter and flush ,bad sensor-actuator or rebuild
