SOURCE: 1990 wrangler all new slave cylinder, pressure

If you have had the flywheel cut, have a clutch with a different release height (different finger or diaphram design & height) or a remanufactured pressure plate, or all of the above, you may run into this problem.
Small differences there translate to a large difference at the pedal. On linkage type designs, there were several options including longer/shorter throwout bearing or adjustable fork pivot ball. Hydraulic systems should compensate somewhat, but if you are beyond the travel of the slave cyl, I'm not sure there is anything you can do from the outside. I would check that there are no air leaks. If you have an external slave cylinder you may be able to make a slightly longer rod that connects the slave to the clutch fork. I really can't think of anything else to do at this point.
Hope this helps a bit.

SOURCE: just replaced master cylinder on 1990 aerostar and bled the brakes, still the pedal goes to floor and i have no brakes

Did you bench bleed the master cyl. before installing it? then when you installed the new master, did you bleed all 4 points? If yes, then check all for points for leaking caliper/s and leaking wheel cylinder/s. If the van has ABS, check the valve body for a bleeder screw and see if air bleeds out of it. If you've checked everything twice and did everything right then your new master cyl. may be defective.

Need a clutch pedal diagram for a 1999 s10 2.2 4cyl manual trans

Sorry no diagram. But here is how it works. In the start position(Power) the wire goes to the start fuse, from the fuse it goes to the clutch pedal switch. Push the pedal and it goes to the starter relay. On the other end is ground. If it is good it pulls the relay closed. On the closed end is battery power to the starter.

Recently replaced clutch kit flywheel hydraulic slave cylinder on a 97 Chevy s10 4.3. Once the clutch system has been bled the clutch pedal pops off clutch master cylinder when pedal is hard. Any...

Not sure if I understand your question. Sounds like the push rod from the clutch master cylinder is pushing the cylinder off the firewall. If that is the case it could be that your rod wasnt fully engage into your cylinder make the rod to long and with enough pressure is popping the clip off the fire wall

Cluch has no pressure i need to know how to refill the trany

Try CHECKING AND refilling the master cylinder for the clutch on the firewall under the hood, it looks like a small brake master cylinder tank. Here is a picture of the Clutch Hydraulic Master cylinder. The plastic tank can be black as well. If the tank is full go under the truck on the driver side and check the clutch Slave cylinder to make sure the rod coming out of it is attached to the clutch release arm. Here is a picture of the slave cylinder.
SLAVE CYLINDER IS 1ST PICTURE, MASTER IS 2ND.

Have a 1990 150 lariat 4x4 put new trans in,clutch, slave cyclinder, and clutch master cyclinder, still having problems with the clutch pedal being low, i bleeded the clutch several time but it won't come...

I assume that the master cylinder is correctly installed. In that case the master cylinder's piston rod (to which the pedal is attached) is too short or maladjusted.

The clutch is stuck to the floor bord and i cant shift

you may have a faulty clutch master cylinder or faulty clutch slave cylinder- leaking clutch fluid. most of the time both are replaced at the same time which should be recomended by your mechanic, the bolts to the master cylinder are very hard to get to and require the right tool.
you should be able to move car forward by selecting 1st then cranking engine till it starts, gear changes while driving are hard but not impossible. i recommend a tow truck to a local repairer.

1995 Chevy Cavalier Fluid leaking somewhere from hydro clutch line..need diagram that shows the system. There is a small container that is labeled Clutch that was empty.

There are only three parts to the system...the "container" that is the clutch master cylinder, a line between that and the clutch slave cylinder (which is the third part). It works same as your brakes ...step on the clutch and pressure from the master flows through the line to the slave. The slave moves the fork that pushes the clutch in to disengage it. Just like your brakes, any leak in any component will cause it not to work. Re-fill the master and have someone work the clutch and watch for leaks. Also inspect the area under the dash where the pedal rod goes through the firewall. if it's damp there the master is bad. After replacing whatever failed, you need to bleed the air from the system (should be a valve on the slave)

Where is the clutch valve located on a 95 honda accord

clutch master cylinder is located drivers side firewall, right next to brake master cylinder. it has small shot glass size fluid resevoir mounted above it,fluid is fed through hose down into clutch master. clutch master cylinder has a rod mounter on ft of it that goes through firewall and attaches to clutch pedal under dash . clutch slave cylinder is mounted on ft passenger side of transmission assy. most common leak is from master cylinder, you would be able to look under dash ,follow clutch pedal up to where it attatched to clutch master pushrod.follow that rod to wear it meets up to a small 1 1/2" or so rubber boot.fluid will be leaking from that boot if master is leaking.
