99 accord replaced head gasket overheated wont start put key dash lights up does nothing will not release shift dash shows on drive hook up computer starts right up sHows park unhook computer shuts down...

you need comma's bad. (old post., doing 0 answers for 60 days)
are you saying it overheated after a new head gasket? i sure can not tell. my guess, not, my guess is this.
car overheated (first)
compression flat on x cylinders.
so i check head for warp, not warped (.002' max) so tried a new head gasket.
hook up computer , (scan tool, you mean the OBD2 scan tool?)
sure , the immobilizer.
the car engine brain, is called PCM, not connected kills all spark and fueling. in fact all that is PCM , created, all the time.
so what computer? some cars have 12 on board,

the service manual is there. see ISC?
http://hondatech.info/downloads/Auto/Manuals/Accord/

the shifter has a park lockout and has a bypass. feature, see the
operators guide for bypass steps.
these the lost operators guide here, for how the IMMO works.
http://justgivemethedamnmanual.com/honda/honda-accord-owners-manuals/

my guess, is you figured all IMMO issues, and reset it and configured it.

2006 honda accord wont start. nothing happens when i turn it on, just a click. radio, lights and door chime work.vehicle will not jump start

First make sure the shift lever is properly in the park position. Hondas tend to have little problem in that area after a few years.
Second make sure battery terminals are clean and secure. Next you should try jumping the battery. A low battery may produce enough electricity to run the radio, lights, chimes etc but not enough to crank engine.

2000 honda accord

Start with the simple first. Check the voltage in the battery. Some new batteries are not fully charged. Next, clean the battery cables. Make the connectors shine and put a little electrical grease on the connectors.
