Rear passenger window goes down with the switch but won,t go up, also from the driver main panel the window won,t go down but will work on the up button

Sounds like you have issue with the push button controls for the window. I really don't think I had to say it. If you remove the door panels and check it out you may find, rust broke wires, bad connection some simple problems which need a better visual look. If a window goes down but not up. It should not be a fuse, relay or power issue unless the connection is a problem.

Power window won't go down but you can here the motor running in the door

You can remove the door handles and power window switches and the screws in the door pad and push up on the pad and it will come out of the track and then you can see the motor and replace the part yourself. Hope this helps.

Power windows won't go down

Window motors bad but if you do end up replacing it, first check for power at the plug going to the window motor when you use the switch.

On my 2001 kia sportage the back two windows won't go down and the right front window is stuck halfway up

make sure power windows lock out switch on driver side not on position, that will cause power windows not work or you have faulty power window relay.

Window wont go up or down

Check fuse, try switch from other window as they do the same thing. You may need to remove the trim & power the window up manually to check motor works.

Passenger side power window halfway down

You will need to remove your interior trim panel and check your window regulator for damage and for power going to your window motor. If your regulator is ok and you have power going to the motor then you have a bad window motor. If there is no power at the motor then you will need to check the circuit for the problem ie. blown fuses, broken wiring, bad switch. It is very commen for the motors to go bad. Good luck.
