the main bearings bolts is to 1st step 30Nm or 22lbs ft and the last step is 75Nm or 54lbs ft in this tighten secuence. 9 3 1 5 7 on the top bolts and........ ........ ........ ... 8 6 2 4 10 botton bolts and the connecting rod 45Nm or 34 lbs ft i hope be help you

In Honda Accord, the torque for the front axle nut is 181 ft lbs. For the most part, sung it up and then go a bit further. If you are reusing the old axle nut, tighten it until the stake mark on the nut lines up with the notch in the axle (make sure to re-stake it). check out alldata.com/diy for individual vehicle subscriptions which have all the repair info you will ever need. If you had the steering knuckle out, tighten the ball joint nuts on the upper and lower control arms until they are tight and then tighten until the hole lines up to receive the cotter pin.Torque the axle nuts to exactly 181ft/lbs or to the factory spec. Renting a wrench is a good idea if you don't think your only going to need to torque something that high once. Otherwise you can find a decent wrench in auto parts stores or online, try sears. I'm not sure of the knuckle or wheel bearing design on the 98 but my 94 has a hub over rotor design and the drive axle spline is not pressed into

Cylinder head torquing should proceed in three steps and in the prescribed order. Tighten them first to 50-55 ft. lbs. (65-71 Nm), then give them a second tightening to 60-65 ft. lbs. (78-84 Nm). The final step is to 70-75 ft. lbs. (91-97 Nm), at which they should remain undisturbed.

Tighten the head, according to the illustrated sequence in three progressive steps. Tighten the bolts to 50-55 ft. lbs. (68-74 Nm), then 60-65 ft. lbs. (81-88 Nm) and finally to 75 ft. lbs. (102 Nm).

Need torque specs for oil pan bolts


torque specs for these bolts can be found in a Haynes or Chilton manual availiable from your local parts store, or maybe at your local library, however these bolts are usually no more than 14 ft pounds, unlike cylinder head bolts, the bolts do not need to have any stretch factor to hold the oil pan gasket in place or sealed.
