Question about Dodge D150
It has a slant six with an automatic transmission. The truck ran ok but under hard acceleration it would stumble and die. When i took the carb apart,it had a torn accelerator pump grommet and i bought a rebuild kit and i rebuilt it and cleaned it thoroughly.I used the new base gasket that came in the kit.Now it won't idle down.It acts like a vacuum leak, but it's running very rich instead of lean as it should be if it had a vac-leak.This isn't my first carb rebuild, and i am stumped.I can't seem to figure it out.Any ideas will be welcome
