SOURCE: Ford F-250 Clutch Fluid resevoir location?

There will be a little black resevoir to the right of the brake master cylinder. Its mounted to the firewall. When filling or topping off the fluid, make sure you remove the black rubber boot after the cap is removed. The resevoir itself will only hold a little fluid. Hope this helps you. Please leave response if you could. :)

I want top to enjin mazda van E1400,but i dont now how to set timing chain mazda bongo E1400 van.single up crank .

great question
an earlier 1400 cc engine with timing chain

1979–1980 1415 cc UC, 70 PS (52 kW)
fitted to some
Second generation bongo Vans (1977–1983)

in the absence of you not making marks or observations

best guess is crank mark is a straight line to top cam mark

other wise old school way
both number one valves closed
number one piston at top compression point
lower harmonic balancer at TDC timing mark
distributor rotor at number one plug lead pick up
top cam should be at its correct timing mark

internet search hopeless today
all i can find online is timing belts for later models

My sons Clutch would not engage or for that matter it would not do anything

You didn't use DOT5 brake fluid did you. DOT5 brake will swell some types of rubber and aerate the fluid which becomes compressible.

How to bleed 2004 pontiac sunfire slave cylinder

There are 2 ways to bleed the clutch slave cylinder on any vehcile really. First way is to have a person in the car pump the clutch pedal several times and hold it to the floor. While the person holds the clutch pedal to the floor a second person opens the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder itself, once the air/fluid has stopped running out of the bleeder screw, tighten it again and have the first person in the car pull up on clutch pedal from the floor (because it will stick down after openening and tightening the bleeder screw) and then repeat that process until the clutch pedal feels good and hard. Make sure you fill the fluid in the clutch master resevoir each time you open and close the bleeder screw so you don't get new air coming through the system from emptying the resevoir.

Now, the second way is the way I prefer because you only need 1 person, however you do need more tools. Fill the clutch master resevoir will the proper fluid then find a cap that fits the resevoir or buy a replacement cap and drill a small 1/8" hole in the middle of the cap then use a vacuum pump and insert a rubber adapter (from the vacuum pump kit) into the 1/8th hole you have drilled. you'll want to hook up your vacuum pump with an inline catch tank that usually comes with the kit you purchase. Then just pump the tool creating a vacuum in the master resevoir, this will reverse bleed all the air up into the resevoir. as you see the fluid drop add more fluid and repeat this process until the fluid no longer drops. Check the clutch pedal for proper opperation and you're good to go!

Mazda Bongo 1997, at times doesnt shift in 1st gear and in reverse, some times not at all unless engine is turned off. Fluid is still full and seems ok. Where should I look for the problem, the clutch

The clutch has an adjustment on the arm that engages the clutch on the side of the transmission. If it won't adjust then the clutch plate is too worn .

Clutch drops to floor

You have a small resevoir under the hood, like the brake fluid resevoir. This holds brake fluid also for your clutch master cylinder. See that it has fluid in it. If empty, you have a leak. If full, have someone work the clutch pedal and watch from under the vehicle to see if the clutch slave cylinder is pushing the rod in and out. (Located on the passenger side transmission bellhousing)

WHERE TO ADD FLUID TO CLUTCH MASTER CYCLENDER

it appears from my info, that the clutch master cylinder is connected by a tube to the brake master cylinder resevoir, and it gets it's fluid supply there. Fluid would therefore be added AT THE BRAKE RESEVOIR. fIND THE CLUTCH MASTER ON THE FIRE WALL AND VERIFY THIS THOUGH, AS i CAN'T SAY THAT i REMEMBER SEEING THIS IN PERSON. gOOD LUCK, AND GET BACK TO ME WITH ANY MORE QUESTIONS.(Sorry, don't type well, and accidently hit caps lock)
