Where is chevy beretta horn

I need the model year?
It is possible your owners manual may give location of horn fuse and relay, depending on your model year.
The horn itself is usually at the front of vehicle.

Location of horn relay

I found this info for horn relay.
If more than one relay, hopefully you can see wiring colors at relay, then look at horn relay wiring diagram and match the wire colors to the
relay.
I'd check applicable fuses first. Any electrical circuit needs voltage and ground.

Have a short in the Horn/dome light fuse on a 1990 chevy suburban, keeps blowing fuse even when truck isn't on. using a 20 amp fuse and with truck completely off as soon as the fuse is put in it blows...

You will have to trace the wiring. There is a short somewhere before it reaches the actual horn or light. Horns pull an extreme amount of amperage. The relay may be stuck or the wiring to the switch may be bad. My bet would be a shorted switch or relay.

Horn doesn't work on 1990 chevy corvette ZR-1 and already checked fuse what could it be

horn button only grounds it,
put 12 volts to the horn it self see if it works,
if it does then check for horn relay

Horn wont honk

It could very possibly be that your horn relay has gone bad. I believe you might find it on the inside of the front fenders or the inside of the radiator support. I'm an ol' Chevy guy so don't quote me!
