I just today had this problem fixed at a shop. The entire assembly has to be replaced that has the turn signal arm and the cruise control arm. The part was $186.00 and the labor was $90.00

Turn signals aren't working but flashers are

that is because they run off different systems, they both have thier own relays, normally the common fault with flashers not working is either, fuse, or relay (flasher repeter unit), if you turn your turn signals left or right can you hear a click click click noise? if not its your flasher unit, hope this helps

Your left turn signal relay might be out, if i remember correctly, it's located in the fuse box, and is as easy as changing a fuse. If it isnt in the fuse box under your dash then check under the hood, possibly near the battery.
