My 2000 avalon is pulling to the left, and the car starts to shimmy even at 45mpr. What's wrong with it?

it can have a torn inner belt on that tire, but, have it inspected IMMEDIATELY, for a loose tie rod. If its drifting, it can give out at any time, sending you left of center & INTO ONCOMMING traffic, very ugly,I would NOT put this off.

Removing sliding hatch in the center console.

You can remove the dash fairly easily. There are a few screws (check by the peddles and open the doors and look there for screws). The rest of the dash just literally pops off. Once that is off you should be able to get to the ashtray/inside the dash to locate said item.
