This seems like a battery problem. Have your battery checked for voltage capacity and serviceability. It may need charging or replacing.

Get your battery checked for charge level. If it is under 10 volts the vehicle won't start properly. It may be a problem with the ignition relays. I have been told those can be a problem with this type of vehicle. Of course, it could be something simple like corrosion on the battery terminals or a bad starter solenoid.

There are many different parts that can go bad to cause tire wear. I would take the car into a local shop to get the alignment checked. When a mechanic checks the alignment he MUST check for worn or loose parts on the front end. If there are any, he cannot adjust the alignment until they are replaced. Most likely inner or outer tie rod ends have play. Could be struts/sway bar links/ or hub bearings as well.
